7 Important Considerations When Using Your Photo Scanner During an Event

Planning an event that offers photo scanning?

Recently, E-Z Photo Scan had the opportunity to take an inquiry from Lisa Webster, founder of Grand Scale Video Productions in Pittsburgh, PA. Lisa was asking if there were any tips or tricks we might be able to offer as she set about planning a public event that included offering photo scanning.

We pulled out our list of the top 7 things to consider and shared them with her. Also, we had lots of fun introducing her to a few of the friends from events we've hosted. These include folks like; Suitcase Annie, Beyond the Scope Bob, Got to Have Physical Media William, No Time Mollie, and others.

Plus, we recorded the interview!

So, if you are thinking of adding photo scanning to your Save Your Photos event here's a resource that may be of help as it walks you through some of the key points to consider.

E-Z Photo Scan's List of their 7 Important Planning Considerations

  • Understand by asking questions...
  • Keep it all in perspective...
  • The best defense is a good offense...

  • Don't let them see you sweat...

Imaging has been a part of my entire life. I remember working with my Daddy in a make-shift darkroom we would rig up in our house on weekends to develop b/w photos when just a kid. Later on, my professional career path had me performing medical imaging of the human body using million dollar cameras. i/oTrak, has made an art of imaging and managing photographs and documents since 1995. We got our start in scanning documents by first working with medical documents from healthcare facilities throughout the United States. After imaging hundreds of millions of content-sensitive paper documents, i/oTrak formed its E-Z Photo Scan group Now, as President of i/oTrak, Inc., we continue the art of imaging with our newest business group...E-Z Photo Scan.
