"NO WORRIES" RETURN POLICY

All new equipment carries its manufacturer's warranty. Pre-owned equipment purchased on EZPhotoScan.com carries no warranty, guarantee, or certification, other than noted in the listing.

E-Z Photo Scan does provide a Money Back Guarantee on all new equipment, if the item isn't as described in the listing, arrives damaged, or is missing parts. (See details below.)

E-Z Photo Scan extends a "No Worries" Return Policy, should you change your mind within 30 days of purchase. (See details below.)

Returned Merchandise Approval (RMA) must be obtained from E-Z Photo Scan, PRIOR to return and/or refund. Send an email to info.lippert@ezphotoscan.com with full details within the alotted period of time specified within this policy.

Approved returns are sent to 1096 Rainer Dr. Suite 1001 Altamonte Springs Florida, 32714. Any item delivered to address without an RMA # issued by E-Z Photo Scan will be refused.

All approved returns will be carefully inspected by E-Z Photo Scan prior to any refund and/or exchange. This inspection will be used to validate all criteria below. E-Z Photo Scan reserves the right to limit and/or reject a claim for refund or exchange, based upon its determination of findings once the inspection is complete.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include;
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), these include;
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

ITEM CONDITION POLICY

You must ship the item(s) back to the E-Z Photo Scan within five business days of the shipping label and packing slip issued by E-Z Photo Scan.

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received

You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
Accessories such as cords and remotes
Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards
"Free gifts" or bonus items
All items included in a bundle

Should you fail to comply with any of these eligibility guidelines, E-Z Photo Scan reserves the right to void its Money Back Guarantee or "No Worries" Return Policy offers.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Non domestic shipping costs are non-refundable. All international incoming and outgoing warranty / repair shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer / owner. We will not attempt to calculate any import duties / taxes you may incur at your country’s border.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

New, or pre-owned equipment is eligible for E-Z Photo Scan's Money Back Guarantee if:

- The item isn't as described in the listing, arrives damaged, or is missing parts
- The item was purchased from the new, or pre-owned equipment listing on EZPhotoScan.com
- You want a full refund (No partial refunds accepted)
- You paid for the item in full

- You submit a claim within 3 business days of accepting delivery
- It has no more than 100 additional scans above the original scan count (applies to scanning equipment)
- If you return an item because it's not as described in the listing, arrives damaged, or is missing parts
- If you allow E-Z Photo Scan an opportunity to cure, prior the refund

Refunds resulting from Money Back Guarantee includes only total purchase price. It does not include return shipping charges. E-Z Photo Scan's 15% re-stocking fee for returned items will be waived.
